- Integrations with third-party services (e.g., Twilio, OpenAI, Polar.sh)
- Usage-based billing and subscription management
5. User Content and Data
- You may upload or provide content (including documents, URLs, and manual entries) to knowledge bases for use by AI agents.
- You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
6. Data Privacy and Security
- We process and store user data in secure databases hosted in the European Union (Amsterdam).
- User data is not shared with external data providers except as required to provide the Service (e.g., Twilio for telephony, OpenAI for AI processing).
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

7. Third-Party Services
- The Service integrates with third-party providers, including but not limited to Twilio (telephony), OpenAI (AI/LLM), and Polar.sh (billing).

- We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy, or security practices of third-party services.
8. Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments
- Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and included usage are described on our website and during checkout.
- Usage-based billing applies to certain actions (e.g., call minutes, agent testing) and may result in additional charges.
- Payments are processed securely via our billing provider (Polar.sh). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges as described at checkout.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing or plans with reasonable notice.
9. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- You may not upload or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

- You are solely responsible for your use of the Service, including any content or communications generated. We are not liable for any damages or claims arising from your or any third party’s inappropriate, unlawful, or unauthorized use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoftVerd LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
